This has been the longest apartment we've lived in. I cannot say enough positive things about it. Staff make it feel like home. Amenities are outstanding, especially the lounges where you can work from home overlooking manhattan. Gym is also top notch. the apartments themselves are gorgeous and spacious with plenty of closet space. Area is a perfect mix of urban while feeling suburban. We are leaving for other reasons, but have to admit that the rent prices have gone up significantly in the 3 years we've lived here. If we had the option to stay in the area, we would unfortunately move due to the dramatic rent increase. If you can get an apartment while prices are lower, it is worth it to lock in a longer lease to keep the price.

We love the location of the Capstone. There is a good mix of restaurants and grocery stores around us. Travel to the city is 25 mins away via the Ferry or the bus. The staff here is really helpful and the amenities make you want to call your friends over instead of hanging at a park outside. There are so many items in the building that keep you occupied.
