My experience over the seven years of living at Rivertrace was absolutely exceptional. The best parts were the city views and location. Maintenance staff were always top-notch and. the pool was always clean! Unfortunately, the rent became too high and the building lost its advantage over other buildings with an exceptional city view from the terrace during the construction of a new building directly in front.

I have looked at several apartments and this is the best one so far. The view is especially nice. The location is great as it is close to the ferry terminal and easy access to NY city.
