Average repairs and maintenance are not completed

Maintenence never finish jobs or they are done incorrectly. Constantly have to call to get follow up. Need work done after being here over 10 years and have been ignored

Parking is hard I think if each unit had spot in the front area and guests and any other residents cars in back row i would also like cameras in the lot as my car has been hit twice and no one came forward
