There are several important issues i need addressed and management is never available. O have antifreeze leaking from the sprinklers in my bathroom and nothing has been done to fix it. I sm disabled and have severe health issues I have been here for 12 years I need my carpets replaced and several things need updating. There was a large amount of money given in 2022 from a grant to help with my rent and the excess was to be applied to my water bills previous management told me she did it and yet never did. Current management told me he would look into it and fix it he did not. I am not paying any water bills because it goes to the ones already paid for and keeps reoccurring late charges I have requested several times for this to be resolved. Fire Marshall even came to address leaky sprinklers and they sent a man here who cut out the ceiling made the leak worse he left and told me this property owes him 20000 dollars and this job requires draining the whole system and he isn't doing it so I am stuck with this mess I have to clean up all day.

There are several serious issues that are going ignored regardless how often I bring them to the attention of management there are many unfinished projects in my apartment. There are several fire code violations

Noise, improper lighting for safety on the outside of building B . Halls Need Carpet like the condos. Or Painting the Halls with Gray paint and steps need to be repaired. All the Unit maintenance.

Maintenence never finish jobs or they are done incorrectly. Constantly have to call to get follow up. Need work done after being here over 10 years and have been ignored

Parking is hard I think if each unit had spot in the front area and guests and any other residents cars in back row i would also like cameras in the lot as my car has been hit twice and no one came forward
