Its a nice place to live, but to pay for our parking/garage and to raise the rent as high as you did is absolutely ridiculous.

I have lived here for almost 50 years now. One outstanding feature is the superintendents that they hire here to help tenants. They are Awesome!! They are very helpful, very pleasant, and go above and beyond. Whoever hires these guys is a great reader of character, skill, and professionalism. Serious problems get resolved quickly. I love the location; it is close to Everything....restaurants, food stores, vet care, pet stores, you name it and West Caldwell has it!! It is also a hop, skip, and a jump from Manhattan and the Jersey shore and Pennsylvania (if you like country vacations). I have loved this town since moving here as a teen.

Great are to live. You have a brand new mega Shoprite 3 blocks away and anything you need is with a short drive. The complex its self is quiet and clean.
