I've lived in this community for over 10 years. When I first moved in, the apartments were fairly new. However since then, there have been no upgrades to appliances or the overall apartment. What's keeping me here is the rent is very affordable compared to most apartments in the area (income restricted). There have been several property manager changes since I've been here. Some property managers have been better than others. The community tends to be very noisy with children who are inconsiderate to others.

My wife an i have lived here for almost 6 years. We love our apartment. since we are seniors, it is nice to have a full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Any maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely matter.

Toms River Crescent is a great place to live in! It's quite, nice, clean and very comfortable! The manager and maintenance are very kind and always are happy to help in any situation. I am very happy to live here and recommend this apartments to everyone!
