I’ve lived here for about 6 months and it has been very disappointing. The building has extremely poor sound insulation—you can hear neighbors from above, below, and next door (footsteps, doors, noise at night). It’s impossible to rest or have peace at home, and management has not taken effective action despite multiple complaints. For the high rent, it does not deliver what it promises. I would not recommend it.

The new apartment complex is very well run and is quite pleasant to live in. The management staff (Jenny and Sarah) as well as Jose, the Maintenance are always pleasant. I'm enjoying my time here.
