I’ve been living here for about 10 months and its been the most stressful renting experience I’ve ever had. Soundproofing between units is nearly non-existing. The cheap flooring material seems to make it worse as the apartment shakes when my upstairs neighbors and their dog run around their apartment. Relaxing or getting a good night sleep here is virtually impossible. Management does nothing to address the issues even when you present them with various options to resolve the matter. Police are at the property on a regular basis which is very concerning. Then there is the smoke transfer. I constantly get black smoke marks on walls and furniture even though I don’t smoke and the building is advertised as “smoke free”. To top it off, management clearly incentivizes people to leave postive reviews on various other sites (look at the time stamps) to make themselves look better. Sad. For the money you pay here, you can get a more comfortable and peaceful place somewhere else. Can’t wait for my lease to be up so I can get out if here.

Floor-to-ceiling noise and vibration transfer were excessive, and management was consistently frustrating to deal with. Overall, a very disappointing place to live. I would strongly reconsider renting here.

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and it has been very disappointing. The building has extremely poor sound insulation—you can hear neighbors from above, below, and next door (footsteps, doors, noise at night). It’s impossible to rest or have peace at home, and management has not taken effective action despite multiple complaints. For the high rent, it does not deliver what it promises. I would not recommend it.

Maintenance is very good but the office needs improvement
