Pets allowed. Pet Rent: The Pet Rent fee is $30.00. This fee is charged Monthly. Non-refundable. Optional. This fee applies to all units and layouts. Pets Excluding support/service animals, there is a maximum of two (2) pets accepted per household, with the weight limit being 120 pounds per pet. Management must approve any exceptions. The current list of restricted dog breeds and other pets is as follows: Restricted Pet List (included but not limited to): • Breeds of Dogs: Pit Bulls (aka Staffordshire Terrier), Bull Terrier, Akita, Presa Canario, Mastiff, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chowchows. Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the breeds above.  If a breed is not recognized, research is required to ensure it is not associated with one of the above breeds. • Exotic Animals:  Tarantulas, Piranhas, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Potbelly Pigs, Rodents, and any other animals not considered ordinary house pets. Fish tanks over 20 gallons. Pets/Animals shall not be kept, bred, or used for any commercial purpose. Pets and animals are not permitted on the premises unless approved by management. Visiting pets, excluding support/service animals, are not permitted. Pets/Animals are not allowed alone on balconies at any time without the resident of the home. No pet/animal shall be allowed to become a nuisance or create any unreasonable disturbance. Pets and animals shall be secured when scheduled maintenance occurs and at all times restrained outside the residents' home. If the community has a designated pet area, that pet should remain on leash until safely in the confines of the pet area. With the exception of a support/service animal, pets are not permitted at any time in any non-pet amenity areas. Acquiring a Pet/Animal Before acquiring a pet/animal, residents must: • Sign an Animal Addendum and Assistance Animal Addendum (for service, emotional support, and therapy animals). • Provide a current picture of the pet/animal and upload it to the resident's file. • Pay any applicable pet deposit and/or fees before the pet moves in. • For Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals, and Therapy Animals: No deposit or fees are required. Resident must provide the Verification for Assistance Animal form and the Request for Reasonable Accommodation or Modification form signed by a healthcare or social service professional. These documents must be uploaded to the resident's file. The pet/animal must be documented on the lease Animal Addendum and the Assistance Animal Addendum. • Ensure the pet/animal is registered/licensed with local jurisdictions and meets all property-specific requirements. • Obtain management approval before bringing the pet/animal into the home. • Understand that unauthorized pets/animals are not allowed in the apartment home.Cats allowed.
