In my opinion (I am no expert, this is only my experience) the building is cheaply built - this is a frame building where any walking above my apartment actually is so severe that my floor vibrates and can even be felt when even siting on couch. Pounding noise from above. This is from early a.m. to midnight most days. There is nothing it seems mitigating this. This is no so much a noise problem - I do not hear TV etc... it is a construction issue in my opinion. Others have told me that have same issue - it depends apparently where your apt is located and if you have someone above you. The construction is such that slamming doors even vibrate in my apt and kids running in the hall a floor above are loud. Staff and maintenance people are great. Building is kept very clean. Elevators work well. Tremendous package delivery problems since address is on the street and those doors are locked and many delivery people do not know or care that the package delivery room is at the rear of the building, There should be a sign! Also there are two layers of locked front doors..... just leave the sidewalk door unlocked and the delivery guys would at least be able to leave the packages inside the still locked vestibule instead of out on the street. Packages are frequently left outside, some have been found in the garage! Package room is too small. There is no staff present every day at this building to deal with packages. Because of the issue of "noise"/vibration/pounding and the package situation had I known about this I would not have moved in. People on the top floor would likely not have this issue vibration/pounding from above being felt at all..

I have lived here 3 years and enjoy the great location and convenience. The rents are high and it is a premium property. There is a lack of focus on attention to details around the building amenities and proactivity of tenant satisfaction for such an expensive property. Approx 10 or 11 TVs and they don't work, difficult to use and no cable subscription. So, when NBA finals, world cup, NFL etc is on major network you can't watch. Sounds trivial? Just use your own app? Lol. It $5000 per month rent. Get a cable hook-up. The golf sim is always breaking. The building allows little kids in the golf sim room to watch cartoons on expensive equipment and to stand on the pool table. ??? Finally, got more than 2 umbrellas on the roof top - it took years (there is no shade). This is where the property lacks - little things (and inexpensive things) that go a long way to improve the day to day satisfaction and the feeling that people actually care.

NoMa is an anazing place to live. It is the abdolute best. The staff is wonderful. We could not think of a better place to reside. Carley, Jay and Francisco are amazing. . They are always available to help. We are thrilled to be a part of this residence.
