Constant maintenance issues throughout

Renter beware. The staff will try to do what they can but corporate doesn’t want to spend money. That despite the headquarters being next door. Issues that could be prevented with proactive fixes are ignored until too late. Elevators barely work, any issues in unit have taken 3-5 visits with little flexibility on timing. Significant quality and build issues throughout. It could be great, but without proper investment it’s a dissappointing and way overpriced.

Could be better

Overall the building is solid but there are many simple things that could be done easily and wouldn’t cost much. Unfortunately, the building staff is limited in what they can do by corporate. The building manager and his team do a good job. They are attentive, genuinely care and want to help while dealing with the many issues of a new building.

staff if helpful and friendly. good ammenities. My first night here I had major water leak from my ceiling that I had to use buckets for the catch the water. Then they had to repair, so my initial stay hasn't been smooth. There are very bright ight posts outside my window that impacts my sleep
