Been here since we opened. Extremely noisy, low-quality amenities, appliances, the building's roof leaks from poor construction, little to no value for the money. Tenants come and go frequently. I am one of the few who has been here for more than a year.... People feel that they are spending a lot of money, so they don't care about the appearance of the inside of the building (i.e., leaving garbage/dirt in hallways, coffee stains on carpets etc..) And this is in spite of the cleaning person who does an amazing job 2x a week!

Ive lived here since the building opened. Other than a misunderstanding regarding parking its has been a pleasant experience. Bridget has been wonderful to work with. The addition of Eric for maintenance couldn't be better.

The apartments are spacious and nice with new appliances and its a great location. The only cons are the amenities (the gym is nothing special in a room with no window, same with the 'lounge', the rooftop is pretty small as well). The biggest issue is the noise. I have lived in apartments in the NYC and have never been able to hear my neighbors so clearly. I can hear full conversations and even had to buy and start using a white noise machine because I can hear my neighbor snore through the wall..not great.
