I give the Duchess an excellent review

My experience has been great, I've been living here since 2019 and from the moment I was given a tour,I Liked the apartments,the spaces are very confortable,the appliances and all, I love! I feel safe. Maintenance is always prompt ,security is great and it is good to see familiar faces at front desk like Javier, Benedicta has been always very helpful. I hope to continue being part of this community.

The Duchess, peace and quiet

The place is beautifuly quiet, and the sound proof is amazing. You really get to live in your own space and not feel like its an apartment building . The ammenities are great i do wish they brought back the shuttle to the city as direct transport is a convenient luxury. The staff are responsive and polite, repaired are done promptly. You get what you pay for.
