Great location with great ammenities. It is very noisy though, the walls are very thin, and you can hear people walking above you if you are on the first floor.

no parties, but I can hear normal conversation through bedroom wall. Some of the doors open into each other, poor design, so you have to close one to open the other. Building new, good staff, well maintained.
