Excessive noise common. Some issues experienced with washer/dryer. Other than that, great location.

Fantastic location, walking distance from the Green and many restaurants and bars. Maintenance team is great with keeping up on the building and fixing anything in the apartment. Recently added gym and recreation area with a lounge, pool table, foosball, etc. Very secure building with security cameras and key fob entryways, making us feel very safe. Would recommend Heritage House to anyone moving to Morristown, great value for the reasonable rent. Only challenge is the coin operated laundry which is shared for the entire floor of 20-25 apartments with 2 washers and 1 dryer per floor.

Lived her for 3 years enjoyed the proximity to Square. On site parking is tight especially with a full size SUV but smaller compacts would have no issue.
