What others love about this property:
Signature Place Corner
I have lived at Signature Place for one year and the experience so far has been excellent. The amenities are well maintained and easy to use. The noise level in our unit is very minimal (at most you can hear some residents out in the hall) but otherwise we would not know that we have neighbors. The location is great for general shopping, eating out, or access to the Morris Plains train station (2 minute drive). The only downside to the apartment is that it is on the pricier side but you do get what you pay for in this case. The apartments are high quality, clean, and spacious.
Long time resident
The complex is very nice and the amenities are very good compared to other property. Unfortunately there are a few down side. Despite the rent going up every renewal (since covid the raises have been outrageous) it dosn't seem like the money is spent where it's needed. The tennis court needs to be redone, every time it rains big piddles of water station for days. One of the railing to the hot tub has been broken for years now. It's an hazard and i'm surprised none has been hurt yet. i understand that cost are rising but it seems like non of the money is being reivested n the complex itself.
