Been here for a year. Maintenance is non-existent. Prowprty manager is rude when ahes even on premises. Share personal information ablut residenta with wife of head makntenance ataff who lives on property. Ask a wuestion in the Faceboo group, wife (Rachel) ahuts you down but has konaosue asking dor money for life guard or her coffee busoness being rin out of the property. Miltiple iasues with flooding, fire alarma, electrical, water damage to cabinets, primer only on interior walls, flooring gaps or popping up. Sont bother paying for a reaerved spot. There is no enforcement by management. Need to access the clubhouse? Good luck as jeither to card reader, the app or the fobs work. Want to enjoy the pool? Be careful of non-residenta accessibg the amentities without a resident. They’ve damaged property multple times. Nick, whomis head of maintenance, acoids resident calls or is blantantly obnoxious is you “bother” him. Want to speak to thenproperty manager, Cindy Aldrich? Good luck. Not sure she ever works. Avoids calls. Sends our rude community wide emails. This whole place is a mess and the people tasked with running and maintaining the cminity couldnt care any less. Moving is expensive — spend your moenh elsewhere.

High rent and high amenity fees for some, low rent and no amenity fees for others. Some pay for their pets, while some don’t. Having trouble understanding this concept due to non transparent management, especially in paying high prices; and a certain amenity is overtaken by others who leave the area filthy..Those who take this place for granted make it hard. Complaints against those who dont care are not reprimanded. In summary, nice place, beautiful apartments, pricey if not receiving vouchers from the state.

Beautiful, lovely and a great location. Excellent management and maintenance teams. However, not one ounce of attention was paid to noise control, or soundproofing. I haven’t had a good nights sleep since I moved here. Would not have made this move had I known this. Like others have said, very thin walls, and some inconsiderate people.
