I do love the area and my neighbors are very respectful. The amenities are a nice addition but I am not sure it makes up for the cost. My biggest complaint has to be the homeless shelter that is just across the street. It brings in unfavorable characters near the building during all hours of day and night.

Great community. But rent, tech, trash and annual fee every year goes up way too much. May become too expensive to continue to live here. Nor can residents enjoy the ammenities if charged more additon to the too high rents.

I recently moved in. The staff is very friendly and means well but very slow to resolve issues. The apartment is VERY loud and near a busy road. The quality of the windows and the walls should be improved for the price that the apartment is.
