I love V&B. the staff is amazing. Its very family friendly and i feel safe.
Great Location
Our building is in a great location, right in the heart of downtown with so much in walking distance. The value of what comes with the apartment (amenities and in-unit appliances) based on the location is pretty good. The building management staff is also very friendly, easy to get in touch with, and helpful.
Don't waste your money
We lived there for 2 years, never missed a payment or complained. And in those 2 years, I have never seen a property go SO downhill. All of the things we used to love went out the window including community events and half of the amenities we originally signed for. You wanna see trash in the hallway? Move here! You want a gym that the equipment rarely works and there is only 1 maintenance guy for 2 buildings so it sometimes takes multiple days for things to get fixed? Move here! You want to lose your entire security deposit over a refrigerator door replacement but they can't seem to show you the proof? Move here! This place isn't worth the money you spend to live here. Not only has it gone downhill but the parking garage is actually disgusting + has been the cause of several nails popping different residents tires. There's a reason it's the only apartment building in Montclair with every floor plan available and all the long term residents have moved out. Save your money and move to the Vestry or 2 South Willow. Much better locations too.
