Parking & Amenities & Staff

We are only given one parking spot, leaving no spots for guests. Also ideally, I'd love to have access to a rooftop lounge, common area as well as a gym, or even to the Montclarion II's amenities. All in all, the staff is most wonderful, very clean building, maintainance is always impeccable.
