My wife told you before just want to add. No sidewalks. Lawn has food items and beer cans by bus stop. Gave us a lease but after wanting to go up a 125.00 more with nothing done to our place in 2 years. He took over building and double rent on some people. Other options and better places.

Moved out after rent going through the roof. Door bells broken for all units. Jason owner rather take your dough and not fix things. Does poor job also when we had snow removal. Very hard person to deal with. Parking was hard. Plus in winter high bills cheap windows.

Paying 1800 for a 2 bedroom took landlord a few hours to respond to get my heater fixed. Been seeing lots of ac repair guys last few weeks here wondering why. Building is real old n worn looking inside.

Parking is tough. No renovations to apartments. Guaranteed a big increase ever year and he does nothing. Pay alot for nothing. No place safe to walk around here.

On main road no place for our kids to play. Second when I saw parking lot and a real old building and no sidewalks. Asked resident what he paying shocked and says tough landlord cares more about rent then fixing things. I ran. No amenities it sounds like.

Rent is high for what you get and he jacks it up on you each year. Laundry machine there is only 1 machine and dryer tiny. No dishwasher. Closets are very tiny. The carpet in hallway is worn. Lawn looks alful. The guy rather take your hard earn money then give you amenties. Think twice before you rent here. Parking is another issue.
