Why Renters Love It Here
Problems with Internet
I have been living here for the last 1.5 years. It is a good place to live except that management imposes specific internet company on the residents living here, The internet company name is 'Honest' which offers a substandard service at $65/month. The internet service is so slow that we cannot login to the work software at home. We subscribed previous internet service back (optimum) which provides a good internet service. This has resulted in paying double internet charges every month. We are paying $65 every month for the new internet service for nothing and it is included in the rent. This was brought to attention of management multiple times but they do not listen. They send the customer service person to apartment thinking that this is a technical issue but they do not understand that internet itself so slow and does not support work software. Work from home is not possible with the internet Woodmont offers. Be ready to pay twice the internet bill if you want to move here and want to work from home.

The environment is great for my family, my daughters love going to the pool in the summer. They have great communication with the residents about any concerns. I recommend this community 10/10.

I love love living here, the apartment tge area, besides working acriss the street, just concerned of the rent increases, praying i can afford to stay here its a struggle. Wishing especially at my age that there was help in that area especially for us seniors. Otherwise best move i ever made was ti here.
