Great area

Been here almost 2 years, great area, maintenance staff is great, apartments starting to show their age. Some things need sprucing up ex. bathrooms, blinds. Rent is too high, increase at lease renewal too much.

Getting unaffordable

I wisk we had elevators. Staff needs to make sure that they use a proper and respectful tone of voice when speaking to it's valued residents. Also the choice of verbiage in e-mails to it's valued residents is sometimes abrasive.
