It’s a great place to live, I only wish they had shower stal
It’s very quiet and peaceful, the neighbors are friendly and polite. The staff seems to really care about the people her. Overall it’s been a good experience.
Noise rating
I didn’t know how to rate your “noise” review question as I didn’t understand if you were asking if there was to much environmental noise or if It was noise from other tenants. It’s an ambiguous question and I feel like my rating is way off.
Easy to take
I have had a positive experience at Birchwood. The management team are excellent and respond quickly to questions or observations. And the maintenance guy is always around taking care of issues that are part of a big building or supervising other contractors working on problems. There’s an activities director sending out emails about events in house or events that might interest us outside. There’s a big activities room for games or meetings on the first floor. My apartment is very comfortable, the rooms are just the right size. They look big because of the high ceilings. They have laundry rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. And a gym on the second floor. Rent is very reasonable and utilities are surprisingly low. The biggest monthly cost besides rent is cable for tv and internet. Food shopping and pharmacies are close by, Docters are plentiful. The beach isn’t to far away. I’m enjoying my time here.
