General Comment

The parking garage behind building 1 is not properly maintained and cleaned. The garbage bins are constatly overflowing; the stairwells are littered with trash especially after the weekends.

Still cannot prevent cars from parking in reserved spaces people do not care what the signs say. Noise level on week ends is wild in summer and all the construction folks can hardly contain themselves til 7am
