I have been this place more than 10 years so this best place is most convenient place I found.

The super is fantastic. The property is well maintained. More outdoor parking should be available. Quiet and peaceful. A family friendly neighborhood.

My moving experience so far, which has been very smooth, and I’m truly grateful for that. The building’s superintendent, Eduart, has been incredibly helpful, always hands-on and responsive to any questions I’ve had. I do have one concern I’d like to bring to your attention. The laundry room machines at Grandview, while clean, are unfortunately not usable. The rust that has accumulated on the machines seems to be permanent and prevents the soap from dispensing properly, which makes it difficult to wash clothes effectively. Eduart has mentioned that he regularly cleans the machines, but as I pointed out, this rust can’t be removed through cleaning alone. Given that the laundry facility is such an essential amenity, It is unfortunate that this changes my experience as a whole.

Really pleasant place to live. Quiet and VERY CLEAN.. Superintendent named EDUART is very personable and fixes all Maintenance Problems immediately AND MOST IMPORTANT PROPERLY.. THIS IS A GREAT QUALITY THAT IS VERY RARE IN COMPLEXES OF THIS SIZE. This really helps makes what is already a very pleasant environment even more PLEASANT AND HASSLE FREE !

My appliances are way too old. The stove is scratched and bent. There are dingy and yellow. The dish washer is so disgusting from the last tenant that i refuse to use it. The microwave is severely stained. The painting in the bathtub are chipped and i moved in 3 months ago. The paint in the apartment is all marked because only one coat of paint was used. The floor wasnt polished from the last tenants. The washingmachines and dryers are very expensive. Positive. It is close to work and parking is always available.
