I love my apartment and the building amenities. For a luxury community, this is by far one of the best management companies I’ve dealth with. The on site team is very responsive and always available to help.
cool and convenient
Vermella East is upscale modern with a friendly vibe .The dog community is respectful neighbors are friendly, especially in the summer by the pool . The club house is fabulously decorated and nice staff keep the floors clean and SMELLING good, The office peeps are cool.
The value does not match the rent price.
There have been several incidents involving the cops since I've been here. The public access to the complex also makes for an uncomfortable situation as the security here has been unreliable, as proven by its multiple replacements. I would also like an option exclusively for recyclable items beyond boxes. The building is still adjusting, leaving cracks in both the walls and doors. You also lack a concierge. I think you need to lower the price to match some of the neighboring towns' price points.
Good Property, expensive!
The living experience is quite good, silent, good amenities. The only downside is the rent is too much over-priced for what its worth. The rents are equal to Newport-Jersey City rates without the advantage of the location.
