It’s okay

The turnover of concierge and staff is crazy. The resident events next door at Cobalt and Steelworks are way better. Trash chutes are constantly overflowing. Eternal dog pee and poop around the building and on sidewalks. Those fancy form over function stones on the sidewalks are death traps anytime it rains or snows. Management does nothing about noise control. Stomping neighbors at all hours of night, blasting music in the courtyard, you name it. And that the street address does not match where the main lobby is makes deliveries impossible. I can’t wait until 1100 S 5th Street is done, that’s going to add in extra fun.

relly good place

5+ years resident. Clean and well maintained place especially during covid. Staff is a joy to reach out for any help for queries. Location is perfect for commute to the city.

Great location. Utilities need to be cleaned more. Can’t utilize gym because of virus. Pool rarely ever open.
