Pretty fair

I have been living at Vermella Harrison for over 1year now. I came from a Vermella at another location. I really appreciate the plug and play approach, amenities, gym, pool, maintenance on demand, concierge service/package handling, and convenience to get to the city. The only slight complain I have is security at the parking garage, so neighbors and myself have gotten some items stolen from the parking garage and the building management does not really seem to care or improve the security, increase measures to avoid this problem. Other than that I'd appreciate to have a larger apartment for what I pay, but this is NY/NJ prices so you get what you get.

Ive been living in Vermella Harrison for 3 years, and there is no chamce to move out. The palce is wonderful and next to Harrison Station.

Rent is getting exorbitant

Rent is getting exorbitant while value or building is going down. So much wear and tear starting to show - why has the elevator been broken for 3 months now? That new courtyard would have been nice in the summer, not just in time for frigid winter snow. It took so long to build. The other week, there was water randomly pouring from the ceiling in the front lobby? Isn’t that concerning? Now with the construction across the street, so many construction workers are coming in to use our restrooms and communal spaces and concierges don’t do anything about it. Mail is frequently “lost” and then suddenly found again whenever the concierge on staff feels like doing their job and actually looking for the “lost” packages in the mail room. And don’t get me started on the constantly clogged trash chutes that make the hallways smell absolutely disgusting, or the random puddles of dog pee and poop all over the sidewalks, or how everyone uses the club room and amenities for “private parties” even though they aren’t supposed to and nothing is ever enforced. Glad I pay amenity fees for other people’s enjoyment.

good place and location ! well maintained and good amenities.. weekend commute might be tricky due to path line and traffic might be difficult on game days
