I was extremely tired one day and accidentally threw my key into a garbage bag, which I then tossed down the trash chute. By the time I realized what had happened, it was already two hours later, and I was really worried. I found Molly at the front desk, and she immediately helped me contact the right person. She even accompanied me to the trash room to help search for my garbage bag. It was -10 degrees outside, but she stayed with me without hesitation despite the cold. Thanks to her help, I was able to find my key in time! Also, during the two months I was away, Molly kindly helped me collect and store my packages so they wouldn’t be returned. I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and support. Molly is just one example of the wonderful people in this building. From the very first day I moved in, the entire management team—including all the managers—has been incredibly kind and helpful. I truly appreciate everything they do!
