I Love Living at The Eddy

I've lived here since 2021. I've looked at other properties and I continue to choose The Eddy. Staff are friendly and responsive, building is quiet during quiet hours, concierge is super helpful, great amenities.

Young people just starting work

I have been living here for 9 months and I am very satisfied with my current residence. The facilities in the rooms are very new and modern, whether it is the sink or the shower. The community is very safe, the environment is also very beautiful and quiet, the open lawn is like a park, people can barbecue, watch outdoor movies and so on. The outdoor pool is very casual in summer, and the indoor gym is large, clean and fully equipped for exercise.I will recommend friends who want to rent a house to rent this community with me.

The Eddy Review

The Eddy is a very nice, modern luxury apartment building with a beautiful, well-maintained pool, full gym and large common space. The apartment location is safe and convenient for using the PATH train. The downsides include the traffic during games at Red Bulls stadium as well as the fact that in order to get to the parking deck you have to take the elevator down to the ground floor and walk through the lobby and onto a second elevator to the apartments, and oftentimes the garage elevator is broken. Other than that, the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Could be a great place with few adjustments

Great place to live. Quiet. Clean. The only thing that needs to be fixed is these ev charging stations. They have been out for months already. It cant possibly take that long to fix them. Also please enforce the rules that has been set. No alcohol. Loud music in pool. Dog with out leashes should be a no no. Other than that its been great here
