Would not recommend as no insulation in walls and ceiling. Can hear phone conversations coughing and talking from upstairs!!

Love the place, love the view. Actual downstairs neighbors noisy sometimes, great maintenance staff. Fernando is awesome.

Walls are paper-thin, and neighbors have no respect for boundaries. Really drafty in the winter and really, really hard water. Updated fixtures are really nice, but you could tell it was built quickly. Gas price for heat is really high in the area.
