Lots of noises from surrounding constructions and old pipes

It's been mostly a construction zone since I've lived here and I am not sure if there are rules; sometimes they start doing it at 5-6AM. Also the old pipes are so loud I often needed to put my earplugs on. Also in winter, the heating was SO hot (like, constantly 80-90 degrees) I needed to turn on the fan and open the windows (and endure the construction noises). Other than these, it's fine and the price is good. Location is great.

Love to live here

I’ve been living here almost ten years now. This apartment is a old building, however the building management cares a lot. All the staffs are kind and nice, and they try to help always! The best thing about living here is the accessibility of location and nice and calm neighborhoods. The management office is keep renovating/upgrade unit by unit. I recommend to live this apartment.
