Customer's and Respect...

after living there for two years, I realize the value of respect. Its in a great location. Within a four or five mile radius, theres all the grocery stores. People respect each other. Elevators, mail boxes in the front corridor for privacy and honesty, cafeteria. Yes you might have to get a washing h machine and dryer for a closet space. But thats the least of your worries. Me personally wouldn't mind going back, Could help out with the maintenance. Could make a deal with the rent. Being a x Home Depot guy to learn to take of things that need attention. Especially your health. Lacey rd.Offers all the options of living standards.

Administrative response is non-existent

My mother was a tenant for 4 years, kept an immaculate home and always paid her rent on time. She has passed on and i have been trying to recover her security deposit since March. No one will return my calls or letters. I need to settle her estate and they are ignoring my requests. Customer service from the building administration and the parent company is non existent and has been frustrating at best. Considering a law suit at this point so i can finalize her estate.

Convenient Location

I have lived here over 5 years. During this time I have seen the maintenance of the building decline. The halls definitely need painting and general sprucing up. I know it is difficult for 1 maintenance person to keep up with a building this size.
