Nice but need some upgrades
Nice but need to updrade few things, like the wood floors are too creaky. Bedroom door swings wide open. AC unit too loud. Maintenance is good and manager responds quickly to service requests and is friendly. Dishwasher would be a nice upgrade for what the rent goes for and should be a standard feature. Clean laundry room is a plus, just missing a gym would make it a legitimate luxury apart. But overal a decent apt community.
