I have lived here for 3 years and think it is a great place to live. They do a terrific job keeping the place clean and desirable to live in. They have high standards that they meet. Unfortunately due to a personal issue I have to move. I will truly miss living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Kyla.

Management is nonexistent except for Kyila who is very nice and helpful. Everyone else (Nick) ignores phone calls and emails. Maintenance is slow to fix big issues and you can hear every noise from the people living around you. Luxury is not a word that should be used to describe these apartments.

This is my first time moving in with my partner. We enjoy our unit, particularly being on the top floor of the building, the space we have for entertaining, within the unit and multiple locations around the complex, as well as we hear almost nothing at all from our neighbors nearby, which is great. The fit and finishes of the unit are nice and seem quality/sturdy, although I wouldn't particularly go as far to say its luxury, but certainly nice. Our 1 bed 1 bath w/ den could use more storage space, as it is pretty limited for the square footage of the unit. It is a fantastic feature having dual vanity in a one bedroom for ease of getting ready. Kitchen is nice but wish the stove was gas. The property itself is nice. The park/walking path attached is a nice touch. Parking under the building is fantastic, for rain and keeping cars out of the sun in the summer. Downsides: the lack of grass in the guest parking/pool gym areas and the sidewalks around the building, the rules for the pool are a bit over the top as well as the size being small for so many units in the complex, the gym could be more substantial with more equipment for the space. Other than that, no major complaints. It has been a nice experience living here since December 2024.
