Maximum occupancy for a 2-bedroom is 4 persons. Maximum occupancy for a 3-bedroom is 6 persons. Water, sewer, and trash are included. Residents are responsible for electric.

Very much satisfied

Its a very quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is always conveniently on hand. Any problem ive had has been fixed in a timely manner
