I’ve been living here for 6 years now, and I think that the community is nice and safe the apartment is spacious, but there have been a few leaking problems these last few years.

Adjustments need to be made concerning maintenance

Constant leaks, mold issue due to leaks, elevator issues especially a problem since theres only one. Parking rules are not enforced where even when people dont live in the building they still park on premises.

From unresolved leaks in the building, much needed mold remediation, failing appliances, ac units not working reliably or causing high energy bills. Water pressure not strong enough or hot enough. Besides the elevator and the washer dryer in the unit there's no amenities here.
