Unhappy Teanant

I pay almost 1500 a month and I have to deal with mice in my apartment. The office staff especially Maggie are rude and treat you like you are an inconvenience for calling them. Instead of fixing things they patch things. I moved in and I thought they put a door stopper in my kids room. Once the glue wore off I realized they were just hiding a hole in the wall. I could go on and on. The only reason I stayed this long is the schools in this area are great. When Melissa was here she made sure all issues were addressed in a timely manner and treated everyone with respect. She is truly missed.

Not Worth The Thousand Plus Rent!

While the location is good & puts you in the vicinity of good schools, the apartments themselves are NOT worth the thousand+ rent! They are antiquated 1950s non-updated apartments. & by the time you put in requests to have maintenance fix the MANY problems, they will be building you a completely NEW apartment. Windows are not energy efficient & leak during rain & leak cold air during the winter. The subfloors have HOLES in them and have NOT been repaired so you feel them when walking throughout the entire apartment. Some kitchen layouts are OFF where the vents are opposite the stove. Upstairs Balconies are just painted & some crumbling plywood. Windowsills have been just painted over rather than replaced or repaired. I found CRAYON underneath the PAINT on my windowsill & the man who lived here before HAD NO CHILDREN! (We were friends with him!) Attic spaces located above upstairs bathrooms have NO insulation so they're either extremely HOT during summer or BRUTALLY COLD during winter. Closet, bedroom, & front doors are not flush with doorframes so they leak cold air & do not close properly. CEILINGS have obvious water damage, but when brought to the attention of management, I was told it was just "chipping paint." Requested for gutters to be cleaned so I did not have a waterfall over my head DIRECTLY in front of my door, NEVER fixed! It is frustrating because we cannot afford to move and have nowhere to go, and we are OVERPAYING to stay in an area we really love that is also beneficial for our children. Just wish the rent was more affordable and the apartments were repaired and updated! :(

Not the greatest

Staff is rude. Too many intrusions where maintenance or other companies have to enter your home when you’re not there. I don’t like strangers coming into my home. The amenities are so-so. There’s no garbage disposal & the refrigerator is small, very little storage space, cheap carpeting that literally came up in the middle of the hallway while vacuuming, old fashioned bathroom (fixtures & tub), little storage in kitchen for food & dishes. The great thing is the location bc the school is really good & close to everything...shore, Six Flags, Walmart, Target, etc.
