Overall
I've lived here for 3yrs. Very quiet building and neighborhood. Management was okay in the past but since new management they have gotten much better. No parking with the management so you have to reach out to the city itself. There is a park just a few steps down, great for picnics, the playground for the kids and the lake if you ever want to fish and see some turtles.
