Convenient location well kept market competitive

lived here about a year. no ammenities--I don't even have a dishwasher. the staff is not good, not attentive. my apartment regularly runs at a temp of around 82 degrees. I have to run my air conditioner continually as I live on the first floow.

Location is great. Price of Rent is great for the area. The parking lot could be improved especially where trees are coving parking spaces and vistor"s space should be marked where to park. Snow removal is poor in the winter regarding parking lot. We should have cone placement when we clean our space until lot is completely clean. The laundry room needs new equipment, cleaned every night and should have a ramp going down to this area for safety reasons. Carrying laundry baskets on steps that need improvement is dangerous. If improvement is needed is our apartments we should have a form that we can submit to the Super and then he can forward to main office for approval. Then we should have a follow up response regarding our improvement request.

Parking is not a good situation. We have several tenants who own Commercial Vehicles and theses Vehicles should be parked at their own private garages because it causes problems with our parking situation. Also in the Winter it would be a pleasant situation if we could have cone parking. This would make a better situation because the plowing in parking area is not always cleaned early enough for tenants to go to work and we are shoveling ourselves out. If we shovel we should have that space until the parking lot is well cleaned and snow is total removed to pavement during the winter months. This is a reoccurring and not pleasant issue to deal with all winter. I have clean several parking spaces next to mine because as soon as I pull out someone is taking a clean spot.

My bedroom and kitchen windows face a junkyard. I’m asking why a fence cannot be erected so that no resident has to have this junkyard as their view. Thank you
