There's plenty of parking, never an issue. Fridge has an icemaker, the built in microwave is huge. Maintenance requests are promptly resolved, the entire staff is very friendly. More storage space would be nice, the one bedroom units have a bigger utility closet than the two bedroom units. Conveniently, there's an affordable storage facility literally just a minute away.

I lived here last year, moved into an immaculate apartment, a caring management team, and a maintenance staff that showed up within 24 hours of submitting the request. I came back with the assumption all of that was the same, but it's not. I had to scrub the previous tenants food splatter from every cabinet and drawer, inside and outside. The inside of the oven is okay but there's baked on food on the inside of the door that I have to clean. The drain stop in the only bathtub doesn't work. The weather strip on the outside door is dry rotted and falling off. The washing machine smells from the previous tenants keeping the door closed, there's dog hair, dirt, coins, and a lipstick inside the gasket. The detergent dispenser is broken and molded. When I asked management to resolve the washing machine issue, they told me they'd put me on the maintenance waiting list. It's been 8 days and I cannot wash laundry. And I have a 4 month old here. I visited the management office last Friday and was told maintenance would be here to check out the washer by 4 pm, it's Tuesday and nobody has shown up. Very disappointed.
