I really like it, but there's a need for more lighting along the high street.

Apartment in comfortable. Staff is slow to respond to maintenance requests. Requests are often addressed between 10-14 days. Trash disposal room usually overflowing with garbage. Elevator out of service often. It's hard to recommend this building to friends and family without sharing all these issues.

It is very noisy experience, constant fire alarms going off, Trash room tends to be full and smelly.

Pretty good, besides from the increase in amenities fee that were initially free. Besides from that, somewhat clean. I just can't say the same for the other tenants.

I have lived here for a year and have enjoyed my experience. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. The floor I live on is quiet and the area is up and coming. The gym is nice and the rooftop is a nice place to relax.
