So far, Ive had a great experience living here

Staff does the bare minimum. Maintenance is slow to fix issues. Garbage disposal room mostly full of recycling, clogged shoot and trash on floors. Complained before, but nothing was done.

This building offers excellent value for a luxury property, with some comparable locations charging higher rates for similar or lesser experiences. However, my main concern is that when maintenance issues arise, response times can be slow due to high demand, and management has not been responsive to email inquiries. Additionally, there have been ongoing issues with indoor smoking, which management has yet to address.
