the mangers are always diffrents , the rent is to much for the quality of services and there are very litte amnenties.

2 years. Close to everything. Fairly clean. I think some things could be bigger like the gym and an upgraded entrance. Otherwise I dont mind living here at all

Buildings are kept up. Needs to be more Guest Parking (only 3-5 spots for 3 buildings!) Staff is fantastic and caring, and caters to the residents. A true must today. Mangement goes out of its way to try and get the residents together for events.

I moved here a long time ago, this place can not keep the same mangement for nothing. the ammenties has nothing for the money we pay , plus now they want to charge us for using the clubhouse for personal use .

Parking is very inconvenient especially for how expensive rent is. Also building is not kept as clean as it used to be with previous management
