Living at QueensGate
This is a great place to live. Courteous and friendly staff, responsive maintenance repairs, large apartments, great amenities.
Poor Property Management
There was change in ownership or property management company. Since the change, the upkeep of the property has been very poor. Small gym is not regularly cleaned. Response to maintenance requests are very slow. I submitted maintenance request for light bulb replacement in hallway lights. The maintenance request was marked as completed when it was not. I asked property manager why request was closed and property manager stated that they closed it as they had ordered the light bulbs. This was two weeks ago and the light bulbs have not been replaced. If the management company is struggling with replacing light bulbs, makes me wonder what other maintenance issues they are not addressing in the building.
