Good location, decent apt layout but for the price appliances are failing all over the building. In a year the laundry machine failed needed partial replacement, dish washer needed full replacement. AC needed repair and there have been a few power issues along with a gas leak that it took PSE&G to handle. The building’s emergency maintenance number was never answered.

I am a resident ~3 years. The location is convenient to shopping, transportation, and tons of food options. Parking is expensive in the garage, however it makes up for it with amenities. I’ve never encountered any loud noises even with people moving in. The residents take pride in ensuring our common areas remain clean. Property management are always available and timely with maintenance as well as any resident inquiries.

I have been a resident at six points at Bloomfield station for the past two years. My husband and I love the apartments, their layouts are very modern, comfortable, and beautiful. I absolutely love that is pet friendly. The amenities are great (I love that we have an indoor garage. (I’d honestly give it five stars because the only thing the building doesn’t have is a pool) the location is one of my favorite aspects of living in this apartment building. Also, one of the most wonderful aspects of living in this building is the fact that you have Bloomfield station across the street. I have recommended four of my friends and they also live in a building. The only con I would share is I wish the staff was a little friendlier. The most helpful person definitely has to be Andre :-) However, I highly recommend living at six points!
