I wish they had a better trash situation, its so far away from my buiding, and as a single women, taking the trash out can be very inconviencing. Also for the amount of rent being paid, it would be nice to have our own private in unit washer and dryer as opposed to the laundry facility.

I enjoy living here I feel safe and secure, there is just a huge amount of dog owners who do not clean up after their dogs usually the larger dog owners. Also massive children in the same area of the two bedrooms the noise can be overwhelming during the summer months constantly playing outside with no supervision from parents.
