Why Renters Love It Here
Very good place to live
I've been living in this apartment for a few years, and i like it there, very few complaints. the building and common areas are generally well maintained, the neighborhood is fantastic, great schools, very quiet and safe, walkable, close to everything you need. the only negatives are the ever increasing rent especially for new tenants , given the relatively small size of the apartments, that and the parking rules needs to be enforced more stickily, though i have never had any issues finding parking. but if you can afford the rent and don't mind the smallish apartments, i would recommend adding this place to your list.

The apartments are pretty small but they keep up with the maintenance very well and what ever problem you have the dont waste time they fix it right away
