Pets allowed. Pets allowed. Effective Date: January 1, 2026 Applies To: All residents, guests, and staff within the community 1. General Pet Allowance Residents may keep up to 2 domesticated pets per unit. Allowed pets include: dogs, cats, rabbits, birds (non-exotic), and small caged animals (e.g., hamsters, guinea pigs). Exotic animals, reptiles, and farm animals are not permitted. 2. Breed & Size Restrictions Dogs must not exceed 80 lbs in weight. The following breeds are restricted due to insurance and safety concerns: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrid, and any mix thereof. Exceptions may be made for certified service animals with proper documentation. 3. Registration & Fees All pets must be registered with the leasing office. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Proof of vaccinations and spay/neuter status must be provided annually. 4. Behavior & Supervision Pets must be leashed at all times in common areas. Aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or damage caused by pets may result in fines or revocation of pet privileges. Owners are responsible for cleaning up waste immediately. Waste stations are provided throughout the property. 5. Designated Pet Areas Pets are allowed only in designated walking trails and pet relief zones. Pets are not permitted in the clubhouse, pool area, fitness center, or playgrounds. 6. Pet Sitting & Guests Visiting pets must comply with all rules and be registered as temporary guests. Pet sitting services must be approved by management and follow community guidelines. 7. Violations & Enforcement First violation: Written warning Second violation: $100 fine Third violation: Possible eviction or removal of pet from premises. Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.Cats allowed.
