This is not a luxury building. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear almost every movement your neighbors make, leading to a lack of privacy and constant noise disturbances. Additionally, there is no active property management, and issues that arise are often left unresolved. Before deciding to rent here, I would strongly recommend considering these factors and looking elsewhere for a more comfortable living experience.
Renter Beware
Living in this apartment complex presents several challenges. Firstly, the paper-thin walls make it impossible to escape the sounds of neighbors going about their daily activities. Secondly, the lack of essential amenities such as bike storage and a package room creates inconvenience and potential security issues. Furthermore, the irregular cleaning schedule of the building contributes to an unsanitary living environment. The unresponsive and inefficient management exacerbates the situation, as they fail to address concerns promptly. Lastly, the use of low-quality materials during construction undermines any claims of the property being a luxury residence.
NOT LUXURY
I moved into what I thought was a luxury building, but it's turned out to be anything but. There are several issues that have left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with this place. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the building is a major concern. The tenants here seem to have no regard for keeping communal areas tidy. The trash compactor area is constantly overflowing, and it's evident that not everyone is doing their part to maintain a clean environment. It's disappointing to see such a lack of responsibility among residents. Another significant problem is the lack of regular cleaning in the building. Luxury buildings should prioritize cleanliness, but that's not the case here. It feels like cleaning is an afterthought, and the common areas suffer as a result. Perhaps the most concerning issue is the pervasive smell of weed in the hallways. While I understand that it's legal in some places, it's not enjoyable to have to constantly endure the smell in shared spaces. It's disappointing that some residents are not considerate enough to use it discreetly. Lastly, the walls in this building are paper-thin. I can hear everything happening in neighboring apartments, which severely impacts my ability to enjoy a peaceful and quiet living environment. It's hard to fathom how little sound insulation was considered during construction. Overall, my experience living here has been far from the luxury I expected. It's become a complete nightmare, and it's disheartening to see the lack of respect some people have for their living space. I would strongly advise anyone considering this building to think twice before moving in.
