New Apartment

I recently just moved into Tara Meadows, the apartment was clean, well maintained and ready for me to move in. The staff has been amazing with any questions that I have asked about the complex. My neighbors are friendly, trash removal is convenient and I am very pleased having chosen moving here than the other places online. WiFi is VERY fast (1 gb/s), packages are delivered in a secure locked entry way and parking is very close to my unit. I love the security that is shown here and the environment.

Best overall apartments in somersworth

In our opinion this apartments is the best so far, price is great especially if you’re looking for ‘all-in’ (electricity exclude). Will be really nice if they build ev charging spots, doesn’t have to be the fast one, level 2 charging will be enough i think.

It is at least very convenient location to shopping. Changed management and maintenance every year in the almost 3 years I've lived here. Noise issues come up on and off. Does have tennis court and pool when finally cleaned and open. 3 washers and dryers per building (card operated), when the great people they rent to don't break the doors on them. Small climbing area for kids. No swings anymore. ??. No place for kids to safely ride bikes. Parking is an issue all year even with stickers on cars that they ignore. We make our own at night. Winter cleaning is okay. If you work at night good luck. Quite often foot deep unplowed spots are whats left and they are frozen. Almost impossible with shovel.
