Governor Weare Apartments

I like the apartment. I can hear the upstairs walking but as expected living below a unit. I am having difficulty getting rent cafe to post to my account to set this up. I'll be calling tomorrow, hopefully i can get my bank account tethered to make rent payments as I'm currently getting the part where is asks for the amount deposited to verify the information is double checked and correct as no amount is posting to my account. I may need to go get a cashier's check tomorrow if i cannot it resolved as I want have rent paid on time. Please reach out to me on this

I really like the place, because it's beautiful, everything is good and I've never regretted staying there.

I have lived her almost a year, and I have loved the staff at Governor Weare Apartments. Sydney does an excellent job running this apartment complex and for the most part the residents here are very pleasant. There are many good changes in the works and you can see the effort put in place to make these apartments better. the maintenance crew is amazing. The apartment itself is clean, safe, and secure. The only complaint would be that the walls are pretty thin and if living on a bottom floor you can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors - but i think thats any apartment haha! Blessed to be here and there are good things in store for this place.

For what the tenants pay in rent you think their Apartments would be a lot nicer but no we live in apartments that are falling apart, in very outdated and you can hear every sound your neighbor's make.. in the winter time it's so cold because they're not properly insulated and have old windows. The air conditioners are from the 1970s and don't work that well for the summer time so you get an electric bill that's through the roof. If you put in a maintenance order it takes forever for them to come and you end up fixing the problem yourself. They raise the rent every year but they don't do anything to make this a better place to live. I lived in one other apartment complex in my life and it was beautiful quiet nothing like Governor Weares so what I can tell the future renters who are reading this review go elsewhere don't come to governor Weares
