Renters beware

Constant construction noise and asbestos remediation with no communication from management. Smells of mold and new ownership puts little effort in for tenants.

Changes Needed

There is always so much construction happening, whether it be outside around the property or renovating inside, and there is no communication around it. I feel like we need more communication about what is happening inside/outside the building and timelines around that. Every project takes forever and is really disruptive. I wish there was a better laundry set up and storage for tenants. I would say, that the best thing about living here is i have never had an issue with any of my neighbors, parking is always great, and the snow gets cleared away in a timely manner. Thank you!
