Great place to call home

Location is great. It is very close to everything you may need. It is a smaller community and is quiet. Kept very clean inside and out. Amazing property manager that goes above and beyond

Riverview Gardens Apartments

I've been living here for a year now, and I'm quite pleased with both the area and the community. It's convenient to have a grocery store and other shopping facilities within walking distance. Additionally, there's a trail nearby, offering a nice outdoor activity option. Despite being close to nature, all necessary amenities are easily accessible. The apartments are generously sized, although the rent is a bit on the higher side. However, considering that heat, water, and cooking gas are included in the rent, it doesn't feel like you're overpaying. So far, maintenance has been excellent.

Excellent

I absolutely love it here. I have no complaints about anything in my time here. Maintenance is quick. Snow removal is outstanding. The staff is quick to respond. The location is amazing. Its a very peaceful and quiet community.
