Living in the Vineyards

This is a fabulous place to live. Neighbors are great, everyone is respectful driving and being aware of the kids. Kids can play outside with no worries. Well maintained neighborhood, plenty of parking. Really great quality of life.

Great place to live!

We have been living here since the initial construction in 2019. It is a safe and enjoyable place to live. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Roadways, driveways and yards are maintained well.

Management has attitude

Not happy with management and emails sent out about threatening things that may happen in the future. Very nerve racking and uneasy

Unsatisfactory

We havent been provided a new lease and it is well past time. The management is not consistent on anything that they say from move in on. Everyone in the neighborhood is told something different and essentially has different rules. It is a pet friendly neighborhood but again rules are different for all and they also use NON Pet Friendly Products for lawn treatment. Many dogs have become ill because if it and it is close to impossible to keep you pet off of the grass as that is the only place they have to go to the bathroom. We have complained about maintenance issues and get little support and are often asked to take care of it ourselves or the repair is unsatisfactory.
