Pretty Standard for Omaha
Lived here for almost a year. The apartment itself isn't bad. Pricing is about on par for the rest of Omaha although i would have hoped it would be slightly cheaper, given how far away you are from downtown. The staff can be helpful, but most of the time they are on their phones in the office. It can sometimes take quite a while to get a response from them. Maintenance is typically pretty quick and efficient. Ammeneties are just okay. The gym is small. The pool is pretty small for how long we had to wait for it. Some tenants were waiting 2+years for the pool to be done. Edge204 is just okay. There is obviously worse in omaha and obviously better. Just really depends on locations that you like.
